Well, looks like I missed the blog below ... well, heck I've got lots on my
mind..and being past 50 don't help none either! But here we are, at the end of
another year. 2005 is going out and 2006 is coming in.....so what's new?
Lots....This is the first .. yep, the very first year that we really have gone
cold turkey or....cold xmas...so to speak. Yep, get over it, we don't do xmas
anymore. We celebrate as best we can the Feast Days of the Lord - and this
month, we celebrate the truth of the season. Did you know that Yahshua (whom the
English speaking gents call Jesus) was actually CONCEIVED at Hanukah?
Yep....it's amazing really....think about it - this so-called "JEWISH" festival
- the Feast of Lights... the Feast of Hanukah...represents Yahweh's (God)
miracle by allowing the oil found after the victory by the Maccabbees after they
cleansed the temple from the Romans to last not ONE day.......but EIGHT! What is
so significant you ask? Well, in the hebraic mindset, each letter, each number
every WORD spoken in the Holy Scriptures has many meanings. If one only searches
beneath the surface, there are nuggets of gold waiting to be discovered. In
short, here it is - God so loved the world that He sent His ONLY ONE SON to be
the LIGHT OF THE WORLD - The ONE SON was in the BEGINNING - and until the END OF
DAYS......from day ONE to the EIGHTH day when there will be a NEW BEGINNING!!
How can it get any better than that? And to think ... I thought Santa Claus was
a great guy :-) ........ I'll trade him any day for the TRUTH....won't you? Find

[August 22, 2005] What a Day I've Had Today
 Well,
I've been sick all week - guess its one of those summer cold things. Really
sucks - makes me grumpy and irritable - as my oldest son can attest to!
Hopefully we'll be able to speak to each other again pretty soon
We've got our farm up for sale in case you know anyone wanting a dream place!

[August 23, 2005] The Michalek/Michael/Micheal or however you want to spell
it Family Tree!
Guess what? I've also designed another Family Tree site - please feel free to

Pettyjohn is helping me put this site together and we're really finding out a
lot about our family stomping grounds... it's a very interesting search!
